Where is The Youth Fair located?

The Youth Fair is located at the Miami-Dade Country Fair and Exposition, Inc. Fairgrounds at Tamiami Park on Coral Way and 107th Avenue. Our home since 1972. For directions, click here.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Credit card payments are accepted on the Fairgrounds but please note that some vendors require cash only. Mastercard and Visa are accepted. We do not accept American Express.

NOTE: When purchasing tickets online, you must present credit card used for purchase and ID at Fairgrounds. Name on ID and purchaser's credit card must match.

Are pets allowed on the Fairgrounds?

While we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pets at home as they are not permitted on the Fairgrounds. This includes Emotional Support animals. Only SERVICE animals as defined by the Americans with Disability Act will be permitted on the Fairgrounds.

How much is parking?

General Parking is $10. You can purchase your parking pass now through March 14 online for $5 (50% off.) Prices for Preferred Parking vary. To purchase parking pass click here.

Handicapped parking is FREE. Vehicles must display permits. Guests need to have the appropriate paperwork that was provided when the permit was issued and the handicapped guest must be present in the vehicle.

When is The 2018 Youth Fair?

The 2018 Youth Fair is open daily from March 15 through April 8th (except on March 19-20 & April 2-3)

Where is First Aid?

There are three (3) First Aid Stations. Locations: Main Street Midway, University Midway, and Country Lane. For a map of the Fairgrounds, click here.

Where is the Lost and Found?

Lost & Found is located on the north side of the Entrance Gate (first floor). For a map of the Fairgrounds, click here.

Where can I go in the event of a lost child?

In the event of a lost child, you can go to Lost & Found (located on the north side of Entrance Gate, first floor) or you can find the nearest Miami-Dade Police Officer for assistance.

Can I bring my own food?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the Fairgrounds.

Can I bring a selfie stick?

The Youth Fair does not allow "Selfie Sticks" to be brought onto the fairgrounds or in any of our buildings during The Youth Fair. This item will not be available for sale by Business Exhibitors that are in The MarketPlace at Edwards Hall or on the fairgrounds during The Youth Fair.

What is included with admission?

o Admission includes entrance to the 2018 Youth Fair, all entertainment shows including concerts (standing area only), and admission to all the Barn events and student competitions inside Arnold Hall. Rides are not included with an admission ticket.

Is there a season pass?

A season pass is not available for the 2018 Youth Fair.

How much are ride tickets?

There are two ways to get on the rides
  • Purchase Unlimited Rides (previously referred to as P*O*P or Pay One Price) – This ticket gives guest access to all rides at The Youth Fair for ONE visit.
  • Purchase Digital Tickets (previously referred to as credits/coupons) – These tickets can be used to get on the rides, play the games, and to make food and beverage purchases.

Can the Unlimited Rides be used on the weekends?

Yes, the Unlimited Rides is valid on weekdays and weekends.

Is there an Express Pass for rides?

Yes, you can only purchase an Express Pass once at the Fairgrounds for $20.

How do I participate in games?

The game booths will not be accepting cash for the 2018 Youth Fair. Guests must purchase Digital Tickets to be able to participate in the games. Coupons can also be used to get on rides and to purchase food/beverages. To purchase Digital Tickets, click here.

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online here Please note that when purchasing tickets online, you must present credit card used for purchase and ID. ID must match the name on the purchaser's credit card.

If I leave and come back to the Youth Fair on the same day, do I have to pay again?

If you must leave the Fairgrounds and return at a later time on the same day, please let the attendant at the exit know that you will be returning. They will provide a stamp that will allow you to re-enter the Fairgrounds on that same day.

How do I get tickets for concerts?

Standing Areas to watch any Youth Fair concerts are included with the price of admission. Seating tickets can be purchased online here. General Seating is not pre-assigned. Seat selection is on a first-come first-served basis

Is there a handicap drop-off area?

The handicap drop-off area is in front of the Main Gate entrance.

Do you offer wheelchair, wagon and stroller rentals?

Wheelchair, wagon and stroller rentals are available near the Youth Fair Main Gate.
  • Strollers - $10
  • Wheelchairs and Wagons - $15

What if I am walking to the Fairgrounds?

We will have an entrance to the Fairgrounds set up at Gate #7. To access Gate #7, you must go through Gate #8 which is located on southwest 17 ST and 107 AVE. From there you will be directed to Gate #7. This entrance will also be available for those who are being dropped off at the Fairgrounds or using ride share programs (taxis, Uber, Lyft, etc.)

On the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays starting at 2 pm) we will have an additional entrance for pedestrians at Gate #2. Gate #2 is located on 24th ST (Coral Way) and 109 Avenue. This entrance will be available for pedestrians ONLY.

What if I am taking the bus, taxi, uber, or being dropped off at the Fairgrounds?

If you are taking any of these ride share programs or are being dropped off at the Fairgrounds, you may use our ride share entrance at Gate #7. To access Gate #7, you must go through Gate #8 which is located on southwest 17 ST and 107 AVE. From there you will be directed to Gate #7.
